呵呵  朋友，看来你还不太了解风险管理。即使citi股价跌200%，它的风控技术，也领先国内太多太多。
好好看看资料再评论吧！

10楼 . go to read bloomberg website, Citi ex-CEO and Ex- Chief RIsk Control Officer was attending a hearing this week, they claimed they didn't know the CDO pool they purchased which caused the company bailout was so risky, they think they were very safe, they laid the blame to the failure of the risk statistical model they built

Just read the news from bloomberg. Citi was using some creative accounting method to off those risky bet from the financial balance sheet , and these risky bet caused 21 billion lost. One side , these bankers  teach you textbook risk control technique, come to practise, it is another story. Ironically, these bankers can walk away from the trouble they created with multi million USD  salary every year

这次金融危机citi在所有商业银行里的表现几乎是最滥的。最后要靠政府的救助。美国总部搞风险控制的头都给裁的七七八。 听说他们还叫冤，说不是不知道有风险，可要规避风险也是要花钱的，风险控制成本太高。就这些猪头搞的东西买不买大家自己想。

真得有本事，传个高曼的还差不多。

不要浪费你的钱了。不值得。这次金融危机花旗几乎破产。 风险控制做得很差。要是有高盛的倒是绝对值得。

反面教材还卖得这么贵。

难得的东西啊！
