PF+FIB

Make no mistake about it - PF+Fib has been a consistent money maker over the years! And it's simple!

This method involves three things:

• you have a market in which you can draw a Pitchfork
• 
  
• you can draw either a Fib Retracement and/or a Fib Expansion
• 
  
• you look for those times when price is near an intersect of a Pitchfork line and a Fib level
  

Below I drew a pitchfork using A-B-C. I drew a Fib Price Expansion using C-D. The red-circles are those times when price was near a pitchfork line and Fib Expansion level. The levels to use are .62, .50, and1.0, 1.62, 2.0, and 2.62 percent. When the first wave is large (the distancefrom C - D) you can start with .38 percent. Each red circle represents a time when price was very close to an intersect of a Pitchfork line and a Fib Level.

Below I drew a pitchfork using A-B-C. I drew a Fib Retracement using B-C. The red-circles are those times when price was near a pitchfork line and Fib retracement level. Those Fib levels are 38, 50, and 62 percent retracements. Note how often these act as swing points!

Of all the techniques presented here, this one will give you the largest number of trades. For profit objectives don't forget about the Price Objectives method. For entering the trade please refer to your Trade Execution Manual. I can guarantee you that this method was the primary trading method of several full-time successful traders.
