In the four years since Financial Insights began covering enterprise

payments, the concept has gone from esoteric to mainstream. Yet,

benchmark implementations are still lacking. In an effort to diagnose

the problems that are keeping banks from moving forward on

enterprise payments, Financial Insights conducted dozens of in-depth

interviews with major banks around the world in 2008. Key findings
