任职资格：
1、教育背景：
本科及以上学历，应用数学、统计或计算机专业。

2、相关经验：
本科2年以上工作经验，硕士1年以上工作经验。具备CUDA编程经验的优先考虑。

3、技能要求：
熟悉Matlab和C/C++编程。熟悉基于GPU的并行计算编程。了解非参统计模型、Monte Carlo统计计算方法、智能优化算法。具有较强的英文文献阅读能力和实践能力。
