【内容提要】本文构造了工业产业结构高度化水平评价指标体系，应用该指标体系评价了目前粤、 苏、浙、鲁、京五省市的产业结构高度，评价结果显示，体现都市型工业特征的北京地区达到了最高的工业产业结构高度，江苏、广东的工业产业结构高度次之，其差距主要 体现在产业间结构高度以及产业结构的持续升级能力。山东、浙江的工业产业结构高度 化水平较低，其升级重点应分别在于产业链结构高度和产业间结构高度，另外两省尤需尽快提升产业结构升级转换能力。

【英文摘要】This paper sets up a system to appraise the level of the industrial structure.After evaluating the industrial structure in Guangdong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shandong and Beijing,the results show that Beijing is on the top level,representing the city industry structure;followed by Jiangsu,Guangdong ,with a gap in the interindustrial structure and the ability of constant upgrade.The level of industrial structure in Shandong and Zhejiang is low,so emphasis should be put on structure of the industrial chain,the interindustrial structure and in addition,the ability of industrial upgrading.
