It is likely that most people including both experts and ordinary ones if not everyone are biased in their views or analyses, because it is not too dissimilar to the Chinese saying "one cannot know the true face of Mountain Lu when and because one is in the mountain".
Alternatively, everyone belongs to an interest group, doesn't it?

怨气只是表象，是大家有苦说不出的感觉，或者说是私有化进程不彻底的表象。人民享受不到社会进步、社会发展带来的红利，望着这种落差欲哭无泪。进而愤怒。对于市场经济下一阶段的改革，很难想象市场经济的高度发展，建立在公有制，或公有制的过渡形式之上。
