基尼系数发改委下属的机构会定期公布（今年的昨天刚公布），人均GDP的话，你可以用统计局的总GDP来除以人口普查后的人数；至于婴儿死亡率么。。。只有在网上看看卫生部公开的数据。至于后面两个，“资本产出比（全国）5. 投资率（全国）”。。。说实话，个人觉得有点笼统，我没看明白，你能否说详细点。

我是想说，4是全国水平的，每单位投入有多少产出，实际是想比较一下生产效率。
5也是指全国水平的，每年投资的比重，我是想知道国际上比较的话，是用什么做分母，是用GDP还是用别的？
