错误及现象 Error: pg_config executable not found.

错误原因:

Error: pg_config executable not found.

pg_config is in postgresql-devel (libpq-dev in Debian/Ubuntu)

1)安装libpq-dev

sudo apt-get install libpq-dev python-dev

2)pip install psycopg2
