现在手头有一份数据如所附所示，中间是各个国家每年的gdp数据，我想要将该数据变成如下面板数据形式以便计算;
此外，如下所附数据所示，我还希望将阿鲁巴的数据单独拎出来成为一列，方便与其他国家计算不同年度的gdp水平的差距：
