I want to use Cox Proportional Hazard model to analyze survival data with late (staggered) entry.

I found in R, surv(start, stop, status) can be used to analyze the time-dependent covariate case.

Can this be also applied for late entry.

If not, is there any function in R dealing with the late entry for Cox proportional model?

I would appreciate it if someone could help me,
