FRM报名第四步在线支付选项下有这样一段话：

I understand that GARP will automatically renew my annual membership upon expiration by charging the fee to the same credit card used for this registration. Should I choose to disable this function, I can log in to my profile and make this change. Alternatively I can contact the membership department to make this change for me. As such, I agree to have my membership renewed next year at the current year’s membership rate.

是说每年都要从提供的卡上划走年费么？是不是从报名参加FRM考试开始，年年都必须要交这个年费呀？如果在my profile里面disable this function，就可以不交么的？实在不明白annual membership费是怎么回事。。。

请过来人帮忙解答，不胜感激。
