分析题，我分了顾客和员工两类。顾客类，先是入住率，再平均房间数目，还分了单人床、双人床。员工类简单点算。不知这样行不行。

写信那个，risks我用的波特五力框架，easily substituted, supply: higher cost on carriage, buyer differentiation, low barrier for new entrants, competition: degree of rivalry is high。communications of products写了product benefits(intangible & tangible), band equity还有packaging。marketing strategy中，由于是current market, new product,用的product diversification策略，distribution就只说了着重manage & control distributors，定价采用penetrating pricing strategy，促销主张了pull，就是发coupon，不过也说了push，discount & in-store display，因为我也不大肯定。
