These get you the job offer:
8. Oral communication skills.
9. Your knowledge of the company as perceived by interviewers.
10. Answering pat questions correctly.
11. Answering the unusual questions correctly.
12. Putting up with HR.
13. Appearance.
14. Right place at right time.
