这周三面的，总共有8个人一起的群面
虽说是群面，但是基本上是属于大家一起讨论的那种，非辩论形式。
两个面试官，一个女生是主面，另外一个主要是观察。
首先是两分钟的自我介绍，这个很常规了，只要准备，基本上就能过关了。
然后是behavior question。首先是英文的题目，只记得以下几个了
1.share a big challenge in your life, how yuo conquer it
2.share a time when you have a conflit with your coworker or classmate. how did you deal with it
3.if you forget to sent a sample to your buyer and it's all your fault, what would you do
4.if your superviser left the office with you a email to give you a assingment, but you can't understand the assingment, what would you do.
中文回答的题目包括
你为什么想来walmart，为什么会应聘这个职位。
其他的忘了。
最后是一个20分钟的小作文，英文，两个题目
1.tell a time when you have to do a big decision, and what affect your decision, and what's the result?
2.a difficulty you conquer.
最后是上机做个excel题目，简单的不能再简单了，就是excel的公式运用。
其实有些奇怪，只是找个实习生，费那么老大劲干啥啊。
不过希望对大家想去walmart工作的人有些帮助，我感觉可能是他们正式面试的流程。
