When will MicroStrategy be visiting my school for an On-Campus Interview?
Please refer to our University Recruiting Schedule to check dates of Information Sessions and On-Campus Interviews. We may not be able to visit each school we want to recruit student from, however we are looking for your application.

I am interested in more than one position; do I have to apply for each?
We will just allow one candidate one position.

Do I need to attend the information session?
You do not have to attend the information session; however, by attending you will learn more about the company and the position you are applying for. Not to mention you will have a chance to meet the interviewers in a more casual and relaxed atmosphere. If you have not been scheduled for an interview or class, please feel free to attend the information session so we can speak with you about our employment opportunities.

What do I need to bring to the Interviews?
Be sure to bring an extra copy of your English resume and transcript to the interview.

When should I arrive?
To be safe, you may want to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled interview time.

What will be asked during the interview?

• We will ask you about your Technical skills. (Knowledge of programming languages as shown on your resume and student information form)
• We will evaluate your Analytical skills. (Your ability to think through problems and come up with solutions) Expect a couple of analytical/logic questions.
• We will assess your Communication & Teamwork skills.

How long will the interview be?
Depending on the position you are interviewing for, interviews can last from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

What is the dress code?
Our dress code is business casual but you will want to dress a little more formal for the interview
