It aims to strengthen the management consulting talent available to all geographies, service lines, and industry practices. We have built and deployed a unique distributed consulting model that leverages the talent in our global centers and embeds them effectively in local onshore teams. Job Descriptions
1. Analytics Analyst - GTIN China
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop statistical models to support marketing efforts, such as customer segmentation, acquisition and retention with minimal supervision
Develop statistical testing programs to measure and improve on-going performance of marketing campaigns with minimal supervision
Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis and so on with minimal supervision
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in analytics and reporting
Bachelor degree or Master degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields
Have exposure to data modeling, analysis, interpretation using SAS/SPSS
Strong ability to extract strategic insights from large data sets
Technical Skills:
Proficient in SAS/SPSS
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong SQL Skills
Ability to understand various RDBMS and the capability to extract data as needed.
2. Analytics Consultant - GTIN China
Duties and Responsibilities:
Interact with clients to understand business needs. Work with team members to develop actionable and insightful analytical solutions to solve business problems
Develop statistical models to support marketing efforts, such as customer segmentation, acquisition and retention
Develop statistical testing programs to measure and improve on-going performance of marketing campaigns
Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis and so on
Be able to understand detailed analytical concepts and then communicate those concepts to clients in a way that is easy for them to comprehend.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Monitor analysts on the area of work that they contribute
Requirements:
3-7 years of experience in analytics and reporting
Bachelor degree or Master degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields.
Are conversant with data modeling, analysis, interpretation using SAS/SPSS and have lead structured problem solving assignments
Strong ability to collect ,structure, analyze & report on quantitative and qualitative information to help make meaningful business decisions
Experience in Communications, Financial Services, Retails or Products industries is a plus.

3. Analytics Manager - GTIN China
Duties and Responsibilities:
Source and recruit analytics candidates to build an Analytics expert team
Be engaged in analytics team management to maximize team productivity
Develop analytics training programs to equip analytics team members with the right analytical capabilities
Develop statistical models to support marketing efforts, such as customer segmentation, acquisition and retention
Develop statistical testing programs to measure and improve on-going performance of marketing campaigns
Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis and so on
Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis
Partner with Marketing and Finance to understand business problems and marketing strategies
Partner with IT to implement models and tests
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage a team of analytics resources to ensure that deliverables are met with quality and in a timely fashion
Provide guidance and direction to analytics consultants and analysts
Responsible for performance management of the Analytics expert team
Adhere to clients’ Service Level Agreements
Requirements:
7+ years of general business experience, including 3-4 years of quantitative analysis in a business setting, including building statistical models
Strong ability to collect ,structure, analyze & report on quantitative and qualitative information to help make meaningful business decisions
Extensive experience in data analysis or statistical analysis
Experience in structured problem solving assignments and have strong project management and people management skills
Masters in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields; MBA helpful
Desire and ability to collaborate with business partners
Experience in Communications, Financial Services, Retails or Products industries
