We are seeking 4 full-time Junior Analysts/1 Business Analyst / 2PPT Specialist in Shanghai to assist project execution, conduct primary research, help business development activities and support various ad hoc initiatives.
We are also seeking 2 PPT Specialists in Shanghai who can edit and create stellar presentations. This position requires a specialist who demonstrates an eye for design, including the use of PPT presentations to convey complex ideas and concepts visually. The successful candidate will also be responsible for research and working closely with our consultants to develop PPT reports.

Business Analyst Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Completed an undergraduate or master’s degree, with an excellent academic record.
1 to 2.5years
of work experience, in Consulting, Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Planning, or related fields.
Has integrity and a passion for the work you do, showing high motivation and enthusiasm
Is a strong self-starter, with a track-record of leadership, initiative and the ability to execute plans.
Has excellent problem solving skills and an aptitude for analytics.
Is supportive and collaborative within team environments.
Has a high standard of written English.
Fluency or proficiency in other languages, such as Chinese, Japanese or Korean is an advantage.
Junior Analyst Requirements
Fresh graduates with Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree from a top university with high GPA (top 10%)
Good internet research and analytical skills
Good communication skill
Proficient in spoken and written English. Other languages such as Mandarin, Japanese or Korean is an advantage

PPT Specialist Responsibilities
• Create and update existing presentations.
• Develop visual/conceptual slides to convey complex ideas.
• Develop and reconstruct charts, graphs and slides.
• Help to ensure presentations meet all GIA PPT presentation standards and conventions
prior to being sent to clients.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience as a PowerPoint Presentation Specialist is a plus (fresh graduates with exceptional PPT skills will be considered).
• A high degree of detail orientation.
• A natural inclination and enjoyment of working with PPT.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills such as formatting and editing slides and note pages.
• Excel skills such as data processing and making charts.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash is a plus, but not necessary.
• Detail oriented, analytical and highly organized.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating an eye for the aesthetic, a strong visual sense and the ability to maximize PowerPoint functionalities to
create bold, effective and clear presentations.
