有学者认为是中国的户籍政策阻碍了城市化的进程。其实，户籍政策只能说明为什么许多城市没有变成理想的大城市，而不能作为中国城市数量不够的致因。

都翻得挺好，呵呵，凑个热闹。学术界对户籍制度是导致中国城市化程度低于应有水平的原因存在争议。然而，迁移障碍可以帮助解释现有城市未达到理想规模，却不能解释为何城市数量欠缺。
