1. i google the keywords u put down, then i use the university search engine 'business source premier' to look for it.
2. there's a software called 'cutepdf' (u can find it in download.com) which is similar to the way u print sth on a printer. cutepdf is to print sth as a pdf form. it helps a lot when the screen doesnt allow u to save.
