Responsibilities:
- Assist Actuarial Manager in quarterly and annual outstanding claims reserving and any other CIRC reporting requirements
- Assist Actuarial Manager in conducting product rating (pricing) reviews, rate filing with CIRC and in pricing/quotation tool
- Assist Sales, Underwriting and Claims Departments in creating and generating regular reports
- Assist Actuarial Manager in liaising with CIRC and auditors on actuarial matters
- Assist Actuarial Manager on any actuarial projects and ad-hoc queries
- Manage the actuarial data warehouse
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in General Insurance in an actuarial related role
- Good progress in actuarial exams in either UK, US or Australia Professional Actuarial Organisation
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAS
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Experience in the Chinese General Insurance market will be an advantage
