Support Analyst

As a Support Analyst, you will be able to touch leading online display product, and provide service for the most dynamic Internet market in the world - China. You will also have the opportunity to attend high-impact internal initiatives and projects to help take our business to the next level.

Requirements
• BS degree better in Computer Science.
• Strong computer applications and Internet skills
• Competitive web related programming languages skills, HTML, JavaScript, knowledge of Flash is a plus
• Client service, or similar experience is a plus
• China digital advertising industry knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day product support through ticketing system
• Campaign trafficking service for media agency customers
• Identify qualified prospect and provide follow up action.
• Facilitate internal project and various of initiatives

主要要求为：
1、一定的英语表达能力；
2、较强的客户沟通能力，解决问题的能力强；
3、电话中的沟通能力；
4、具有基础的HTML javasript知识。
5、有网页网站设计经验，flash ,photo shop 之类经验为主，沟通能力不错
需要稳定性1年-2年
