【内容提要】当前中国的能源问题已经日渐突出，并对产业结构的进一步优化产生一定的影响。文章试就我国能源产业的发展与产业结构变迁之间的关系进行探讨，首先分析改革开放以来我国能源产业的发展与产业结构的变动状况，然后就两者之间的相关性进行实证分析，并利用相关指标建立能源产业与产业结构之间的误差修正模型，最后根据实证分析结论就如何进一步优化产业结构以及更好地发展我国能源产业提出政策建议。

【英文摘要】The energy problem is more and more serious than before in China. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relation between the development of energy industry and change of industrial structure. First this paper expresses the situation of the energy industry after the opening and reforming, then makes an empirical analysis and builds Error-correction Model on their relations. Finally this paper gives some advices on how to improve the industrial structure and energy industry furthermore.
