Further to your request, please note that the latest I-O tables are accessible from the OECD Input-Output internet page www.oecd.org/sti/inputoutput/ :

This leads you to six I-O related tables on OECD’s online dissemination service, OECD.STAT:  http://stats.oecd.org/index.aspx .  To access the data, select the themes “Industry and Services” / “Structural Analysis (STAN) Databases” / “Input Output Database“. The red i next to titles provide metadata.

Zipped Excel files are attached to the “Total Table” matrix (http://stats.oecd.org/Index.aspx?DataSetCode=STAN_IO_TOTAL ) and can be downloaded choosing the option “ready-made files“ (i.e. 6th icon from left on top horizontal  menu).

Also, please note that you can access the same set of tables directly from the OECD FTP site at the following URL: ftp://indust:STANdtbs@ftp.oecd.org/  .    If you face connection issues, please try the link ftp.oecd.org and type indust as the login and STANdtbs as the password.
