Qualifications:

QA Engineer

Description
SSG is seeking a QA engineer to support the next generation firmware and related tool products. EFI and the Framework (Tiano), information is available at www.intel.com/technology/framework. The job will pose no shortage of opportunities, challenges, learning experiences and visibility. In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
•       Hands-on writing test cases and test code.
•       Work closely with the management and development teams to drive quality through design and implementation
•       Develop test plans assuring the overall quality of the project, including functionality, security, performance and scalability
•       Lead the technicians in implementation of a routine test and a scalable, efficient test automation strategy.
•       Drive quality criteria for release.
•       Comfortable setting priorities and delivering results in a dynamic environment

You are expected to be a software engineers working with architects and manager to design and implement the spec and fix bugs..

Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:
- Working with the architects, technical leaders and marketing to understand the requirements, and complete the design.
- Work with the validation team to improve the product quality and user experience by bug-fixings and other software enhancement skills
- System optimization like feature enhancement, performance tuning, size reduction, etc

Qualifications:

- A Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field with more than 1 years or the Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 3 years.

You are expected to be a software engineers working with architects and manager to design and implement the tool and GUI according to the spec and fix bugs during the system validation cycle.

Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:
- Working with the architects, technical leaders and marketing to understand the requirements, and complete the design of the tool chain and GUI.
- Implement the tool chain and GUI independently or lead the junior engineers.
- Work with the validation team to improve the product quality and user experience by bug-fixings and other software enhancement skills
- System optimization like feature enhancement, performance tuning, size reduction, etc

Qualifications:

- A Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field with more than 1 years or the Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 3 years.
