在“开始”—“所有程序”—-SAS—SAS 9.2 License Renewal & Utilities ——“更新 SAS 软件许可”，上传了上述SID文件，但是提交之后返回如下错误提示：
ERROR: Insufficient authorization to access C:Program FilesSASSASFoundation9.2setinit.log.
进而又给了具体的提示说：
an error occurred applying the setinit file. The log file was not created.
Please verify that no other SAS applications are running and that you have sufficient permissions for the following folders:
C:Program FilesSASSASFoundation9.2coresasinst C:Program FilesSASSASFoundation9.2coresashelp

解决方案
1. 在 SAS 9.2 License Renewal & Utilities选择“更新 SAS 软件许可 ”
2.右击“更新 SAS 软件许可”
3. 选择“以管理员身份运行” ，然后按提示操作就OK。
