【内容提要】本文利用DEA三阶段法对1999～2006年我国东中西部农村资金投入与农村区域间居民收入差异进行了分析。研究表明，东中部农村资金投入效率较高，西部综合效率明显低于东中部且为无效，地区间效率的差异以及累计效应的影响在一定程度上导致了农民区域间收入的不断扩大。东中部农民收入差距更多体现在资金投入总量上，而西部却受到投入不足与效率低下的双重约束。与此同时，全国以及三大区域的各项效率均不存在明显的收敛特征。

【英文摘要】Using three-stage DEA model, this paper investigates the discrepancy with respect to investment income in China's east, middle and west areas during the period of 1999～2006. It is concluded that the efficiency is higher in eastern and middle rural areas, and is lower in western rural area. The discrepancy and accumulative effect with respect to investment income in China's east, middle and west areas lead to increasing enlargement of income gap in rural areas. In middle area, agricultural income gap exhibits itself as the difference of capital investment, while in western area agricultural income gap is limited by both insufficient investment and low efficiency. In addition, there was not obvious convergence of the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.
