You can compare the original Office settings in:

•        HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\REGISTRY\MACHINE\Software\Classes\.xlsb\(Default) = Excel.SheetBinaryMacroEnabled.12
•        HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\REGISTRY\MACHINE\Software\Classes\Excel.SheetBinaryMacroEnabled.12\CLSID\(Default) = {00020833-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}

This typo in the CLSID breaks Office’s and therefore think-cell’s functionality.

解决办法：You (or your internal IT) can fix the issue using the following steps:

1)        Please open the registry editor and go to
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\ET.Xlsb.6\CLSID\

It should show:
(Default) = {00020832-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}
2)        To make sure you could restore the previous registry key, please right click on CLSID > Export and save the .reg key where you can find it again in case you experience any issues.

3)        To fix the issue, please double click on (Default) and replace the Value data: with the correct CLSID:
{00020833-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}
