会议论文有50%内容变化是什么意思？ 有一个会议要求这么写的：Please be aware that Conference publications should not be published verbatim in other journals without more than 50% change of the content of the paper。 我想知道的是，这个50%内容变化是指什么？是指（1）需要把原会议论文的内容改变50%以上再投期刊？还是（2）期刊文章有50%以上内容和原会议论文不同？（如果我在期刊论文增加50%以上内容，算不算50%以上内容变化） 另外，50%以上内容改变，是指语言表述上的改变，还是指主题思想上的改变？ 谢谢！
