Find a reputated IB such as Goldman, usually you will be an analyst of economices. Also, you may find a job in World Bank, IMF, they will be an excellent platform for your future career.  
If you major in Econometrics, you may find a quant job in IB or HF,   it will be the most profitable choice, but not so decent, anyway, goodluck. DO NOT GO BACK TO CHINA untill you got some experience in foreign company, get a title as VP or Manager, or you will be stifled by the Bureaucracy  of Mainland, find someone graduate from very bad university in China, then with a phd degree from an unknow foreign university, climb easily higher than you, actually, there are too many people of this kind in SOE bank.
