FRM!   few has ever heared about PRM actually. the reason we will take the examination to get a certfication is its recognition in the job market, though some argue the exam will indeed improve you. search the job post website and you will find a financial related post always reads" CFA, CPA, FRM will be a plus', while PRM has never been mentioned.

You may take a bet on PRM since it is just getting started and someday it may be very popular, but personally, I think low of its potential. Go to the website of PRM and you will find it is really shabby and too little was invested in the marketing of PRM.  

Also the advantage you claimed about PRM is not as that much as you may expect: the price is merely hundreds of dollars lower than FRM and the flexible exam arrangment will cost you more time to prepare because your time is segmented therefore. Why not get the job done by one shot, just as FRM.

Finally, I'd like to remind you,you are in financial business in which "ONLY THE BEST WORKS", you need join the best college with best GPA and find best internship or you will not get a job, that is rule and it will alway be. Do not try to save money or time if you want to survive in financial industry, good luck to you anyway

FRM引入国内较早，具有先行优势，国内知名度较之后者稍微高些。以前的FRM考试都考一次的，价钱也不算特别贵，而且银行大多认同，即使工作经验不够，只要说考过了找工作就优势。后者引入国内较前者晚，大家接受的比较晚，所以个人认为，认可度稍微低些，由于有考试灵活、费用低等优势，以后不知道会不会慢慢火起来。就我身边情况来看（本人金融专业），考CFA的最多，接下来是FRM，靠PRM的目前没有发现。

因为PRM的复习资料比较少，没有相应的练习，复习时的题目也只能是参考FRM的，所以你可以先选择考FRM一级，如果不过再选择PRM，拿FRM的资料和花在FRM上的钱当做给PRM做培训，二者内容绝大部分是相通的。这种想法比较划算

绝对推荐FRM考试。
这个考试全英文考试，知识体系全面。
现在分2级考试后，含金很大提高。

而且这个考试也比较权威，在世界范围内比PRM名气大。

说实话，PRM好象都没听说过。

感谢你这么耐心细致的回答，朋友。你说的不错。PRM现在在中国的知名度确实不如FRM，可我也看到了其他一些朋友说PRM在美国金融界的影响力比FRM有过之而无不及。这会不会是我们了解的都是国内的情况，而FRM在国内的先行优势和更高强度的宣传成就了其更高的认可度呢？如果是这样的话，那PRM迟早会超过FRM的呀。
