在我们汉语中，有很多和“手”有关的词，比如说：老手、狙击手、骑手，虽然都是“手”，但我们知道，它们表示的都是“人”。
在英语中，也同样如此，比如说，green hand 就指代的是“生手，缺乏经验的人”，又比如说我们今天要学习的这个表达：in good hands.
它真实的意思其实是指“受到很好的照料，在可靠（或内行）的人手里”。

我们在读这句话的时候，要注意 are 和 in 这两个单词可以连读，are 的尾音和 in 连读成 rin，合在一起也就是 are in.
