FWIW...I passed Exam PA in June 2021 on the first try with a 9 when I thought I'd earned a 4-7. I know FOR SURE I answered incorrectly for several content questions, so the only thing I can attribute the higher score to is having modeled my answers closely to the patterns I saw in the model solutions (and drawing upon the foundation built by ACTEX, of course). While my content was wrong I must have earned partial credit for doing a good job communicating or justifying my (wrong) answer. As far as exams go, I am stronger in communication and weaker in probability/statistics/formulas etc. which is why most other exams took me 2-4 attempts. I strongly affirm what I read many times from others that this is a COMMUNICATION exam above anything else.
