Key Skills and Requirements:
1. A Bachelor or Master Degree in Agriculture or Natural Resources Science
2. Excellent communication skills (Orally & Written);
3. Fluent English (Oral & Written) is a Must;

5. High integrity and commitment;
6. Self motivated with a keen interest to learn

Key Responsibilities:
1. To learn all aspects of the reinsurance of broking services;
2. To provide full support and backup for senior brokers;
3. To deliver sound broking services to Northern China clients;
4. To maintain the smoothness and efficiency of the daily broking operation;
5. Other assignments
