减去了也没问题，算出来的数跟答案也很接近。

I think the question asked to calculate the FCFE quickly and usually they give you the balance sheet with total current assets and current liability to come up with NWC.  This question is a valuation and they may assume that the NWC includes cash for the company to operate.
