When unzipping the downloaded 3 parts of the book, it shows an error note telling you that no needed package are found.
You must chage the name of the other two package name serially to "11060517106913434a3eba45e1.rar" and "11060517106913434a3eba45e2.rar", then you are able to unpackage.
