大概institution作organization解时主要指非赢利性组织吧。

谢谢sungmoo版主。按照书的意思，确实应该这么解释，但不包括公司等商务组织的institutions实在相当奇怪，和以前的阅读似乎不相吻合。例如今天看的一篇文章里，关于NIE的一个从句就是 "which has emphasized the importance of institutions in any economy"。更何况，同一本书中的定义，尤其是“生产要素的产权所构成的稳定结合”，怎么看怎么不象没有公司的样子啊。
