之所以要乘以（1+v+v^2+v^3），是因为前面的 a（12）9/12 求的是一年的，所以for 4 years，就要用一年的这个，分别discount 到time 0，就是discount 到“现在”，因为是annuity immediately，所以“现在”就是题目说的“one month before the first payment”。
