等了1个多月，终于有了结果了。呵呵，事先说明一下，这个帖子完全是讲述失败经历的。值得一提的是，本人是本科学历，之后进入职场。在校时曾在香港《大公报》独立发表过头条评论，该文曾被国务院港澳事务办公室转载。目前则身在北京并处于待业状态。写英文文章主要还是出于参与国际学术研究的兴趣，但像我这种人其实在国内甚至在国外学术界都不是受欢迎的那种。

下面把RES的审稿结果发布一下，喜欢研究的朋友一定能从中了解一点实用的东西，纯粹看热闹的朋友也能乐一乐。以下是该刊一编辑的回复：

I would like to explain some special circumstances that apply to your submission. We receive regularly papers which appear not to be a good match with the Review of Economic Studies. As part of our editorial procedure, a pool of our most experienced referees – among them members of the editorial board -- assist the managing editors in a preliminary stage of evaluation. In some cases, we think that the best service that we can offer to authors is a rapid reply that opens the way to a new submission.An experienced referee has responded quickly to my request for an evaluation of your paper. (S)he does not see a realistic prospect of the paper eventually appearing in the Review and advises that we should clear the way for you to submit it elsewhere. The referee also mentions the fact that your paper is not written in good English, and that it does not come close to the standards of scholarly publication in Economics. More importantly, (s)he believes that it does not adequately reflect the contributions listed in the bibliography, which are not discussed in any detail. I share the referee's view, and I must reject your paper.
