Did you know the great book "Personnel Economics in Practice" of Lazear and Gibbs? Although someone already had it for doing research in personnel economics or studying the MBA cources of Human Resource Management, it may be not the editable format. A few years ago, I got the lecture version of the book in Gibbs' website. It'll be a good material for personnel economist or labor economics, but it don't have the chapter 14 about Entrepreneurship & Intrapreneurship, unfortunately. Good luck!
