刚收到南方科技大学的offer letter （见下）， 请各位前辈提一下意见，是否可以归
？是否可以同他们谈条件？多谢！
另外，本人土博，有一作CNS（自然、科学杂志） 一篇，PNAS 级别一作2篇，5－6篇PNAS级别二作、三作。
待投一作文章2篇。
是否可以在国内找到更好的offer？

1，起薪：40万
2，启动资金：100万
3，福利分房：120平方米
4，配给专用实验室：130平方米，设备齐全。

OFFER
We are most pleased to make you the following offer:
1) Associate Professor, renewable 3 year contract, at initial salary of
400,140 RMB per year.
2) Free university housing of approximately 120 sq m.
3) We will fully furnish a laboratory for you of not less than 130 sq m
area. The university also has clean room facilities. Please see attached 2
lists of equipment and let us know additional equipment that you will
need.
4) Start up funds of 1,000,000 RMB for S&E, postdocs, etc.
If you would accept this offer, please reply before Nov 14, 2011 and
provide your start date.
At SUSTC, you can expect salary increase if performance is good. For the
early period, contribution to university development is important. After
the university is fully built, research and teaching performance will be
important.
Unlike the US where starting salaries may be high, the rate of increase is
slow. Here, if performance is good, the top salary is over 1 million RMB
per year.
With free housing provided, the costs of food, clothing and other daily
expenses are low in China compared to the US.
