Core Responsibilities:
Research Analyst Intern at ChinaVest play an active role in deal execution by conducting research and analysis on our wide range of focus industries and by identifying companies that may be suitable joint venture partners or acquisition targets for our clients.
Conduct primary research on companies and industries and prepare presentations for clients and prospective clients
Great opportunity to work with senior colleagues to assist in aspects of deal execution (deal origination, market strategy analysis, target screening and selection, company valuation, due diligence, etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a leading university with strong academic record
Excellent writing, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills both in English and Chinese
Positive attitude, and can work under pressure
Ability to work effectively and independently within an organization structure
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong interests in finance, investment banking, consulting, and research
Background in any of the following areas is a plus: media & communication, food, auto, healthcare, mechanical engineering, agricullture, logistic.
