phreg是否可以处理多分类有序的应变量？

SAS中的logistic过程可以处理1:1配对的病例对照研究资料，同时也可以做多分类有序变量的logistic模型。但是SAS不能处理1：m配对的病例对照研究资料，只能改用phreg过程来处理。
请问各位，phreg能不能处理1：m配对的资料，并且该资料的应变量是多分类有序的应变量呢？

In SAS 9.1 and afterwards, the improved LOGISTIC procedure in SAS can fit the conditional logistic regression model in m: n matched pairs, as well as PHREG procedure; but neither of them are beyond the binary outcome, I think.

如果是m:n配比的条件logistic分析，且应变量为多分类有序或多分类无序，应该在SAS中用什么过程来实现呢？学习一下。
