经过长时间的纠结...那个best outcome还就是(0,0)
因为如果一直拿零,the expected outcome from infinite sequence 还是0...就算有discount factor也还是
就算用trigger strategy也只能是 a belongs to [0.75, 1) otherwise you will get a negative discount factor,但是if discount factor is convergent to zero, then it is possible the first mover to gets a positive payoff as he weight future payoff much much less, and leave the other player with a negative payoff. Suppose, this strategy can be support by SPE, it is not social optimal, coz the joint payoff must be negative. Therefore, the best outcome is (0,0).
Actually, it is a variants of Rock paper S.., if the a higher than 1, then the trigger strategy can be support by SPE iff both players patient enough.
