Yes, this is the email address I used. It will take a long long time for them to reply (2 weeks for mine), so be patient, just treat as you have already lost the money.....

you should prove that you have never known or been notified of such auto-renewal thing, check your email basket to see if membership@garp.com had sent some notices before they charged you the fee.
