清除掉c盘/config下的文件（idea:里面的 idea64.exe.vmoptions 可以删除！， pycharm里面的 .exe.vmoptions 可以删除！）
清除掉c盘/system下的文件

重启idea, 注意最好不要Invalidate and Restart，这样会清除掉历史项目

删除 C:\Users\.IntelliJIdea2020中的文件，注意：idea64.exe.vmoptions 必须保留 （pycharm移动的话可以删除！）
