本人实验动物是小型猪，模型和假手术样本量分别为7和6个，简单的统计分析用的是t-test，文章投出去后审稿意见中居然有这么一条“Comparative analysis using t-test for small samples is not adequate; the authors should perform a resampling method (e.g. Monte Carlo simulation) to deal with the small sample”， 6-7只小型猪可是大动物啊，属于小样本吗？我该如何回复呢？是argue一下呢还是换方法？ 如果要用 resampling method (e.g. Monte Carlo simulation)，我也不会啊，请高人指导，跪谢！！
