硕士毕业或应届,受过系统科研训练,能高质量阅读/梳理文献,具备研究设计与数据分析能力

熟练文本挖掘(text mining),包括但不限于:中文/英文分词、主题模型、词向量/嵌入、情感/立场分析、事件抽取、可解释性方法等

工具能力:R / Python / Stata / SPSS / NVivo / MaxQDA / SQL(至少其一精通,能复现实证/实验/测量学流程)

良好的学术写作与严谨性,主动沟通,不浮躁、愿长期投入,明确以学术研究为志业,不水论文

加分项:有可展示的工作论文/发表论文、预注册/开放科学实践、项目管理与协作经验、英文写作与会议投稿经验

Research Fields

Applications are invited for positions in the areasof Organizational Behavior (OB) and Human Resource Management (HRM).

Representative research topics include, but are notlimited to:


  • Leadership and team processes
  • Executive strategic thinking and decision-making
  • Organizational culture and change
  • Organizations and talent in the context of AI and digital     transformation

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates who:


  • Hold, or are in the final stage of completing, a Master’s degree     in a relevant field;
  • Have received systematic training in research methods,     including the ability to conduct literature review, theoretical synthesis,     and empirical analysis;
  • Demonstrate competence in research design and data analysis;
  • Are skilled in text mining techniques, including (but not     limited to):

        
    • Chinese/English tokenization
        
    • Topic modeling
        
    • Word embeddings / vector representations
        
    • Sentiment or stance analysis
        
    • Event extraction
        
    • Explainable AI methods

Technical proficiency is expected in at least one of the following tools:
R, Python, Stata, SPSS, NVivo, MaxQDA, or SQL.
Candidates should be able to independently reproduce empirical, experimental,or psychometric analyses.

Desired personal and academic qualities:


  • Strong academic writing skills and methodological rigor
  • Initiative and effective communication
  • Commitment to long-term academic research and scholarly integrity
  • Clear intention to pursue an academic career

Preferred (advantageous) qualifications:


  • Working papers, under-review or published research (with abstracts)
  • Experience with preregistration or open science practices
  • Demonstrated project management and collaboration skills
  • Experience in English academic writing and conference submission

Selection Process

  • Admission or PhD recommendation
