Variable TZ has 2 values. So in term of list-wise deletion, there are no more than 2 points (paired data) to compute the correlation. In fact, here it was 2-point computation (because correlation exists from the output) thus the correlation was based on 2 points. Any correlation for only 2 points is always either +1 or -1 because you can always draw a straight-line through the two points. Since the data here display some positive tendency thus correlation = +1. For the test, considering t(n-2)= t(2-2) =  t(0), so the test does not exist (missing p- value shown).
