调查报告显示：除了严厉的监管环境严格以外，外资保险公司还要面临越来越有应对处于市场竞争支配地位的国内保险公司和银行加入侵占他们的传统的保险市场。另外，中国生活成本的上升亦使人才招聘和保留越来越困难。



关于本报告 此调查的受访者为28 家外资保险公司的高管人员。 此调查以问卷形式，包含50 道问题。 对受访者的访问于8 月至9 月期间完成。 受访地点在北京、成都、重庆和上海。
