You have no way to accurately control the x/y-axis values from the lifetest procedure directly, even though you can control the display time range to some degree. Thinking of that, the plot is an automatic one that suits for a common purpose.
To get a self-defined survival curve, usually two ways do the work:
(1) using the default ods graphic template and modifying it to your need;
(2) using life-time output table and then make the plot through graph procedures.
